1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon cornstarch
2 teaspoon oil
1 teaspoon slivered fresh ginger
Sauce
2 tablespoon dark soy sauce
2 tablespoon sake
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch dissolved in 1/3 cup cold water
2 teaspoon oil

Put some oil in a wok and heat till very hot, then add the garlic. As soon
