Hi folks,
Need some ideas to use up a huge bunch of wonderful leafy crunchy green
celery. Picked it up today at the local farmers market. My rabbits
LOVE the leaves on untrimmed celery. But this is a HUGE bunch, and i
really don't know what to do with it all before it goes soggy.

Ideas appreciated.
