Default Can oven cleaner be used on teflon coated pans

if it's caustic soda based oven cleaner - not a problem. Teflon is
chemically very inert, it's used in chemical labs as a coating for all
sorts of things because it doesn't react with most chemicals.

But beware abrasive oven cleaners. Surefire way to make it lose the
nonstick label forever after.

I've discovered an alternative non-stick pan for myself: called
'scanpan' with a coating made from titanium: not only nonstick but also
indescratchable. I can cut in there without marking it.
