1991 Chteau St. Jean "Cinq Cepages" Cabernet. This wine is not yet at
plateau, but has softened considerably since I bought it. No brick at the
rim; still has bluish hue. Very pleasant drinking with a nice filet of
tenderloin. Give it another 5 years and taste again.
