Your recipe tickled a memory, Bubba. I used to love a mushroom,
peppers, and egg sandwich on toast when I was a kid, after we'd head for
the woods to pick the mushrooms. I haven't had one in years! Must
check with Sister Julie to see if she's been out looking for any this
year. Fry some mushrooms, sweet or hot peppers, and onion in butter for
a few minutes, then mix in a couple three beaten eggs and scramble.
Make a sandwich with hot buttered toast. Pretty good. Especially when
you cut the sandwich on the diagonal to make a nice triangular half
sandwich. "-)
