The only matching data in your set shows a 13 degree (roughly 7%)
difference.
The 4 hours HI and the 3-1/2 hour LO does show a 12.95 degree difference
which is consistent, even though off by 1/2 hour.
Matching 2, 4 and 6 hours would have been more indicative.
The more important data is time to required doneness vs. overdoneness.
That will give you a time factor to use for future recipes.
