Fish Hash
2 Tbsp. butter
2 cvup flaked cooked fish
2 1/2 cvup diced, boiled potatoes
1/3 cvup cream
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Melt butter in skillet. Combine remaining ingredients and place in
skillet; fry slowly until well heated and slightly browned; about 10
minutes. Serve with parsley.
