I often ask for help that may be available online for the simple
reason that my computer denies access to many websites. It gives me an
error message that makes me exit my browser and sometimes have to shut
down totally and restart. I've had several people tell me fixes that I
have tried to no avail. Since I can't afford to get a new computer, I
count on some of you here. This help is appreciated very much. I know
"Google is my friend" but sometimes it doesn't work for me. Sharon
