Do you have any health concerns such as diabetes, high cholesterol,
hypertension? If not, then why worry about it? You can maintain a
healthy diet while on the road, no problem. Just eat healthy foods. Even
if you find yourself eating at a fast food place such as McDonalds, you
can still order a salad and a grilled chicken sandwich instead of a
large serving of french fries and a quarter pounder hamburger, but if
you don't travel frequently and you don't have any major medical
conditions that require a special diet, why worry about it?

I travel a fair amount and I do try to keep to a healthy diet, but I
also allow myself some treats. In fact, I am booked for a long weekend
in Atlanta in a few weeks for a friend's wedding, then in January to San
Francisco and Las Vegas to attend two conferences.
