Grilled assorted veggies brushed with a vinnegrette style salad dressing
(of your choice)can be very tasty and part of a well balanced diet.
I like to grill mixed together: zuchinni slabs, halfed largish button
mushrooms and bell pepper strips and brush them with a Italian vinegrette
styled dressing.
