No Bake Chocolate Torte
1 frozen pound cake thawed
2 cup whipping cream
6 Tbsp. powdered sugar
6 Tbsp. cocoa
1/4 tsp. almond extract
Slice the pound cake lengthwise into three layers and set aside. In a
mixing bowl, beat the cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add the
sugar and cocoa, beating until still peaks form. Stir in extract. Frost
between cake layers and stack on a serving plate. Chill for 30 minutes,
then slice and serve.
