Hey, Gloria - it was great! Rob would have eaten more and I refused to
let him. I'll slice the rest thinly and do something with it - maybe on
a salad, maybe cold out of hand. :-/ I don't know that all would like
it - it was rather sweet due to a heavy hand with the brown sugar that
my recipe has. The brown rice was nice with it, and a tossed-type green
salad.
