If so it is a cooked tuocha from the Xia Guan factory packaged for sale
inside of China. You can read more about it at the Factories website
here http://www.xgtea.com/pub/a.htm

If it looks like this http://www.xgtea.com/pub/g.htm then it is the
product packaged for export.
