Well, we were going to go, but Delta has found a way to screw Skymiles
holders out of 1/2 the value of their miles by making most trips a
50,000 mile ticket. Used to be that anything within the lower 48 was a
25,000 mile trip.
I had 55,000 miles and wanted to use them up before things get any
scarier with Delta, so we just booked two tickets to Seattle instead.
Seattle in October. Hmmm, guess we'll be doing an espresso bar tour.
Next Spring though, we will see the S.E. US for the first time.
