Hmmmm. At first I didn't take the chips out of the bag, creating some
really foul smells; but the family thought I'd used mesquite and
despite some extended post-pradial coughing, there were no complaints.
In later attempts with chips out of the bag there was much less
coughing, but he flavor wasn't as assertive.
