I finally made a batch of pesto to freeze. DH is iffy on the basil
despite the fact he loves it in spaghetti sauce and other tomato
dishes. I use it quite a bit. Apparently he didn't like it fresh in
his sandwich so I was concerned that he wouldn't like pesto. I must say
the pesto can out very tasty! I'm sure he will like it. I used almonds
for the nuts since pine nuts are hard to come by here.
