You might google around, or look at www.cabelas.com they have a selection
of meat processing equipment. search on grinder

What country are you in? In the US, for a few hundred dollars one can
buy a grinder with sausage stuffer attachment that will indeed grind up
the meat from a whole deer. In fact, multiple deer. Or you can do it
with a hand cranked grinder for about 30 dollars if your arm is strong
enough.

For example the 1 hp grinder is said to grind 10 lb (4.5 kg) per minute
and is priced at 379 us dollars.

As I recall, a deer has less than 100 lb of meat for a good sized buck
(200 lb field dressed) so you could grind the whole batch in less than
1/2 hour. Take longer than that to skin and bone the deer.
