Grilled Shrimp
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
1 pound shrimp, cleaned, peeled and deveined
olive oil
kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
Preparation:
Brush shrimp with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Prepare a
hot fire in a grill.
Place the shrimp on a perforated grill rack and grill turning once,
until opaque but still translucent in the center. Medium-sized shrimp
will take about 3 or 4 minutes, larger shrimp will take 5 to 6
minutes.
