I did Atkins for a year and lost 30 pounds, it was something about being
too anal about the whole regimen that made it hard to stick to it.

It actually all fell apart when I started revisiting this newsgroup!

There. I SAID IT!

Groups like rfc make diet failing so much less MY fault!!!
