Sounds good,. Hope the prices are in line.

It has no bearing on how this new place will work out, but it got me
thinking about Sony's. The original Sony's is quite unique. Basically an
old flat roof building with very little seating. Most people eat outside
standing around their cars. They cook the meat in a wood fired oven, feed
and stoked from out back. Open in late morning, and close when they sell all
the meat. (2-ish)

Used to eat there a lot when I worked in that part of town, and most days
the meat was unbelievable, but on occasion, it was fatty and a bit tough.
(Bad cow?)

4 or 5 years ago, they franchised the name, and there are now a few "Sony's"
around town, but nothing like the original spot. The new ones are open
regular restaurant hours, and all have modern ovens and such..

Good eating.
