If you had more, I would suggest turkey meatballs, tacos, or buritos,
but with only a pound, how about frying that ground turkey in a pan with
a bit of olive oil, mix in some diced tomatoes, and a cup or two of
tomato sauce and heat it until its bubbly, then serve it over your
favorite type of pasta.
