Beet Relish
Beet Relish
1 quart raw cabbage, chopped fine
1 quart boiled beets, chopped fine
2 c. sugar
1 c. grated horseradish
1 tbsp. Salt
¼ tsp. cayennne pepper or a little bit of chopped hot peper.
Cover with cold vinegar (approx. 1 pt.)
Freeze or leave in refridegerator
