tortilla help never made before
I'm going to make tortillas today for dinner. I've never made them
before--is there anything I need to know before I start? I have a 12-inch
cast iron skillet for baking them. What about the recipe? I thought I
would go with this simple one: 2 cups unbleached flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 3
tablespoons lard/shortening, 1/2 cup warm water. Thanks
