Have you ever added garlic to your tarragon vinegar? A long time ago I made
a rosemary (rosmarinus officinalis) and garlic vinegar as a Christmas gift.
I bought a nice bottle with a tight sealing cap from an import store and
added sprigs of fresh rosemary and several cloves of fresh garlic to the
bottle along with the white vinegar.
