Apple Pie With A Crust


The Martini

2 oz gin 60 ml
1 capful vermouth
2 olives

Shake rigorously with ice until there are ice shards making the
drink a little cloudy or until your arm is tired. Strain into arctic cold
chilled martini glass and garnish with two good fancy martini olives.

The Mojito

1 tsp Superfine sugar 5 ml
2 oz white rum 60 ml
7 sprigs mint 7

Quarter a lime and put it, about seven good sprigs of mint and
superfine sugar into a tall glass an oversized Collins glass willwork.
Muddle well. The limes should be fairly beaten up. Fill with ice, add
white
rum and fill with soda. Garnish with a mint leaf or fresh raspberry. Note:
Muddle refers to mashing or crushing ingredients with a spoon or a muddler
(a rod with a flattened end).

White Cosmopolitan

5 oz white cranberry juice cocktail 150 ml
2 oz citrus-flavored vodka 60ml
1/2 oz sweetened lime juice 15 ml
Lime twist, garnish

Combine all ingredients, except garnish, in cocktail shaker. Pour
into martini glass. Garnish with lime twist. Yield: 1 serving.

The Sidecar

1 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice 30 ml
1 oz Cointreau 30 ml
1 oz brandy 30 ml

Shake with ice. Strain into small wine glass or
martini glass.

Apple Pie With A Crust

3 parts apple juice
1 part rum
3 dashes cinnamon or ground cloves

Just mix the two liquids and sprinkle in the cinnamon or cloves.
Serve over ice or heated. Serves one.
