Are you talking about African Swallows, or European Swallows ? Clearly
the European Swallow lack sufficient air-speed velocity to carry a
coconut !

And really ! A name like that and no cheese with your chicken ?

A few nights ago, a threw a couple b/s-less chicken breasts in a pan
with a little olive oil.

Browned with a bit of poultry seasoning (alas, no fresh sage).

Sliced and served over grean leaf lettuce (the romaine at the store was
wilted and ugly,as was the red leaf) with ripe tomaotes, walnuts, and a
sprinkle of parm. Used a store bought dressing (Annies IIRC, and it was
the Ranch).

Cheap, quick, and good.
