Not at all. Antisymmetric warfare is a tricky war to fight.
The new mantra, for the new century, is "You cannot fight what is not
there." [just look at Linux... Microsoft _can't_ drive them out of
business].
So, fight not with guns, but with hope. Fight in a way that defuses the
anger, and renders the need to lash out both impotent and hopeless.

no gov't is capable of fighting terrorism. so, let's stop hiding behind
"support the guvmint" platitudes and do it our goddamn selves.
