I think it's pretty obvious -L knows that it's a real word and what it
means. Otherwise, they wouldn't think it was gross, now would they?
If Sheldon and you want to talk about smegma while eating your
oatmeal, be my guest. That doesn't mean everyone has to like it. Like
someone else said earlier, I'm surprised that you're surprised that
talking about bodily fluids, functions, odors, substances, and similar
stuff while eating is not very appetizing to some people.
