No Bake Rum Balls
Ingredients:
1/4 c. Bacardi dark rum
1 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
1/4 c. honey
2 c. ground walnuts
Confectioners' sugar
Directions:
In medium bowl combine first 4 ingredients, shape dough into 1-inch
balls. Roll balls in sugar and store in tightly covered container.
Makes about 2 1/2 dozen rum balls.
