Some must have's in my book:

Granulated Garlic, Chipotle, Northwoods Seasoning, Fox Point/Sunny Paris,
Galena Street Rub - heck it's all good. I usually buy a 4oz jar of
something new and see if I like it, then I buy the 4 or 8oz bags for
refilling - cheaper that way and you can re-use the jar.
