If I hold a chunk at the roof of my mouth and allow it to melt, witha bit
of pressure from my tongue, the chocolate goes 'buttery', that's the best
I can describe it.

Oh no! I should say that it was excellent chocolate, probably amoung the
best I've tried, but if I had to pick one of the two Cluziel bars I'd
pick the other one.
