You could probably use metal pipe that had holes drilled and tapped to
accept the orifice for propane gas, but I'd go the easy route and simply
purchase any old turkey fryer and use the 70,000 btu burner. It should be
more than enough, you can set a cast iron skillet on top the burner and set
a log in there for smoke if you wanted.
