It would be wonderful if someone had a recipe for California Lamb Kabobs.
I think these are influenced my middle eastern cuisine but have their own
flavor. Thanks

Hi Everyone,

I was watching an old Julia Child cooking program. She had Maddhur
Jaffrey on the program. They made minted sweet and sour Eggplant. I
missed the part where they gave the ingredients but the dish sounded
great. Does anyone have this recipe?
