Soft Breadsticks
1 1/4 cup flour
2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 cup milk
3 Tbls. butter, melted
2 tsp. sesame seeds, toasted
Combine dry ingredients. Gradually add milk and stir to form a soft dough.
Turn onto floured surface, knead gently 3-4 times. Roll into a 10x5x1/2 inch
rectangle. Cut into 12 breadsticks. Place butter in 13x9 inch pan. Place
breadsticks in butter and turn to coat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at
450 F for 14-18 minutes or gold brown. Serve warm
