Was supposed to have smoked turkey yesterday but my wife had a burger
craving. At the local supermarket they had 7 bone shoulder roasts on
sale for $1.99. I picked what looked like a good one, brought it home
and started wacking it into grinder-sized chucks. Wow! Stuff looked
like Kobe beef!
Killer burger!
