Dear notbob, I am in your corner here. I do admit that there is a difference
in well filtered vodka and poorly filtered vodka though. My choice is Stoli
if I have the funds; elsewise Smirnoff is fine.

Charliam, who's spirit of choice is gin but admits that he would choose a
fine vintage Port or tasty ale over any spirituous liquid.
