RHUBARB CRUNCH
Make the topping first with the following ingredients:
1C Flour
3/4C Oatmeal
1C BrwnSugar
1/2C Melted Butter/Marg
1t Cinnamon
Then Make the Fruit Mixture with the following:
4C Fresh Rhubarb (Cut into 1inch pieces)
1C Sugar
2T Corn Starch
1C Water
1t Vanilla
Grease a 9X9 Pan pit 1/2 of the crumb mixture in pan press into pan,
Then put 4C of Rhubarb into pan . Cook the Fruit mixture until clear
and thick and pour over fruit. Top with remaining topping mixture.
Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. This is a favorite of our family reunion.
You could and more sugar as you wish for sweetness
