Notice how they say "hard-cooked eggs"? Don't boil them. Put the eggs
in a non-reactive saucepan, cover with at least a couple inches of cold
water. Bring to boil, covered, then remove from heat and let stand
(covered) for about 18 minutes. Go from there.
