Seriously... I just LOVE ramen noodles!

Rather than cooking them in the water, I follow the instructions but add
the soup packet before cooking them so the noodles absorb more flavor.

Once they are done, I top them with some minced chives, a few pieces of
some type of meat (shredded chicken, thin fried pork strips, or several
small cocktail shrimp) and quarter a hard boiled egg and garnish with
that.

Simple, and YUMMY!

A few fresh bean sprouts also go well with it.
