I do the same, and I add "Almond Dust" to it and milk. The Almond Dust is
a recipe from Gary Danko that includes brown sugar, toasted nuts, sugar,
cinnamon and/or cardamom, lemon peel and salt, all whorled up in the food
processor. It's great on oatmeal, toast, ice cream, and probably lots
of other things.
