don't forget to mix it up, bananas, granola, fresh fruit is excellent
and healthy.

i usually eat two small breakfasts: before i leave around 6 i have
yogurt, a hard boiled egg or two, and some granola

at work around 9-10 a bowl of oatmeal with fruit if i have it
around...

that way i eat my lunch around 12-1 and don't get so hungry late
afternoon.
