Spring again. First softshell crabs
For lunch we had softshell crabs, the first we have had this year.
Sauteed in OO and butter, without seasoning. Served with chives on top
and a side of ramps and split cherry tomatoes. Yummy.
The ramps were a few that we didn't cook for last night's dinner.
