Yes! But in Europe's colder parts and originally winter only,
because caraway goes well with fat pork, coleslaw and fried potatoes.
And it's essential in Borschtsch!
Of course, here "Schweinsbrat'n" is also eaten in summer -
this is Munich. ;-D
