Hard Cooked Eggs

Never boil hard cooked eggs!

4 Eggs

Never boil hard cooked eggs. It only makes them sulfurous.
Place the eggs in a pot with cold water and bring to a hard boil.
Turn off heat and cover pan. Let sit for 20 minutes.
Eggs will be perfectly done.
