Do a search on "butcher supplies." I'm sure you can find them online. If
you do decide to buy online, I would avoid Davidson's Butcher Supply. There
is something wrong with their website, so when you place an order, they show
a flat shipping rate of $2.50 but they charge much more. You won't know
until the order comes in the mail.
