I'm looking for recipes for Lamb & Apricot Stew with Tomato & Thyme
Dumplings. I had this in a restaurant in Leeds (UK), and it was very
tasty, so I'm looking for recipes so I can make it myself at home.

I've had a look around, and I've found a few lamb & apricot stew
recipes, but nothing for the dumplings. Does anyone have any recipes
for either of these? (I don't have a pressure cooker, so I can't use
recipes requiring one.)

Some of the recipes I found for the stew featured mint, but I'm sure
that the stew at the restaurant didn't have any.
