Here's some basic info to start with:

Try searching Jane Austen (watch your spelling, it's AustEn, not
AustIn), also Napoleon (I think his chef invented a different way to
cook chicken for every day of the year?) for some ideas.

Basically there aren't any specific dishes that you would immediately
associate with the Regency era. High Tea is the closest thing I can
think of, it got started in the late 18th century and has been a
fixture in British life ever since.

there's not a whole lot in the way of foods on it:
