Nuked tilapia with some of Trader Joe's peach salsa on top (at table);
couscous, mixed vegetables (cooked from frozen), and a mongo green salad
with mixed greens, green pepper, red onion, and cherry tomatoes for me.
And some Edy's orange sherbet/vanilla ice cream combo for dessert.
