I used to use Hershey but I switched to Ghirardelli's Premium Baking
Cocoa or Unsweetened Cocoa. I have tried Kroger's which is terrible.
and Scharffen Berger Natural Cocoa Powder which is perhaps a little
better than the Ghirardelli but more expensive. The Ghirardelli cocoa
runs about $4.20 for 10 oz, which is approximately 47 tbsp servings.
