Default Alfredo Sauce Question

Aloha,

No, I'm NOT making stroganoff.... I want to make Alfredo Sauce, but I don't
have fresh Parm - I have fresh Pecorino Romano (sp?). Can I use that
instead or will that be too salty? Anyone have any ideas?
